Return And Refund Policy

  • You have up to 7-14 working days from the time you purchase the item(s).
  • For any warranty claim, kindly drop us an email at [email protected]or Whatsapp us at +6012-729 4957 first, and we will assist you by giving you further instructions.
  • To claim your warranty, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Any type of damage/defective, seal broken or wrong product from customers for return /refund of products are not our responsibility.
  • Strictly non-refundable deposit toward purchase of the goods or services.

Cancellation Policy

Your order may have been cancelled due to one of the following reasons:

  • The payment method is not accepted, was rejected, or declined
  • Payment method authorization failure
  • Products that have already shipped or started the manufacturing process cannot be cancelled.
  • If the remaining balance does not complete within the due date, your deposit will be forfeit to Todak PC.
  • Products advertised may be subject to limited availability, depending on inventory levels and demand. You will be notified via email/Whatsapp if the order was cancelled or if we are unable to fulfil your order.
  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Kindly drop us an email at [email protected] or Whatsapp at +6012-729 4957 to send your item to Todak PC Retail Store.
  • Todak PC cannot guarantee cancellation or change to an order once it has been received. All cancellation requests will be reviewed to determine eligibility. Products that have already shipped or started the manufacturing process cannot be cancelled.


  • Once you completeyour payment, please provide your payment details via email to [email protected] or Whatsapp us at +6012-729 4957.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on courier delivery, please allow a standard processing time of 1 – 2 weeks upon receiving your order or warranty replacement.
  • If you are shipping an item over MYR 3,000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance and use your best effort to wrap. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your item.

Split Payment Method

  • For all purchases which use Split as payment method, any suspicious order will immediately be cancelled.
  • Todak PC has the right to replace product(s) of the same category upon unavailability of a product. If the product replacement has a price change, Todak PC has the right to request for an additional amount from the customer, according to the item’s price.
  • If a customer does not agree with the above policy, the customer may choose to be refunded and refund can only be done by Split and not under Todak PC responsibility.  
  • Once items purchased via Split payment method have gone through assembly (for PC) & product preparation (for components), refund from customer for the purchase is no longer valid.
